HPUX patches available from the HP
Electronic Support Center. Most users at UIUC have Series 700 HP machines,
so there is now a Series
700/800 10.X HPUX patch mirror. Some of the patches are also available as a remote software
depot as "hp.cso.uiuc.edu:/pub/patches" if you're using swinstall. The patches in
the depot are all series 700 specific patches, with the s700/800 joined patches.

When installing many patches (like the March bundles), you may want to
create the file /var/adm/sw/patch/PATCH_NOSAVE to NOT save the files
that are being replaced by the patches. You will save a LOT of disk space in
/var, but you will not be able to uninstall those patches. When you
run swinstall, it may fail the first time, claiming you don't have enough
diskspace. Ignore this error, and re-try the installation.
To install a patch on many machines at once it is very tedious to run swinstall
interactively on each machine. Installing patches can be done from the command line also:
